Episode #020 – Bella’s Bartok (Hillcast)

The gang is visited by Asher and Chris of Bella’s Bartok at Harry Brown’s Farm for our first Hillcast! Bella’s Bartok is described as “about as much fun as you can have with your pants on” (Dan Wolovick, Two Way Monologues), this 6-piece powerhouse melds Bohemian Klezmer Punk with pop sensibilities into an eminently danceable party. We learn where the band get’s their name and inspiration, and discover that Steve has only seen the Star Wars prequels! Also two people on this planet have an alter ego named Gary!

Episode #017 – Harsh Armadillo

The gang is joined by Harsh Armadillo, almost everyone in the band in fact. Harsh Armadillo is a 9-piece aural steamroller out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. They combine funk, jazz, and hip-hop roots to make original music that inspires minds and dance moves. Much to Steve’s dismay, Garrett is back for this episode. Also don’t be fooled, it’s not actually John Cena in studio, but his cousin who pretends to be him.
